These Terms of Service govern your use of the Sam & Max Money Adventures website and any purchase of our digital educational resources. By using the website or placing an order, you accept these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the website or make a purchase.

The contractual seller and operator of this website is Emprezz s.r.o., trading as Sam & Max Money Adventures. Sam & Max Money Adventures is the commercial brand; Emprezz s.r.o. is the legal operating entity responsible for orders, licenses and these terms.

Purchases, accounts and commercial enquiries are intended for adults aged 18 or over. Our educational content is designed for children ages 5–15, but children may use it only under the supervision of a parent, guardian or educator, and may not make purchases or submit personal information.

Sam & Max provides general financial education through stories, activities and challenges. It does not provide personalized investment, legal, tax or financial advice. Educational examples are illustrative only, and no financial outcome is promised or guaranteed.

We offer downloadable digital educational products, such as PDF e-books and printable activity materials. Product pages describe the format, content and intended audience of each product. Some offerings — including classroom packs and school licenses — are planned and enquiry-based, and are not available for immediate purchase until explicitly stated.

Prices are shown in the currency stated on the product or checkout page and may change before a order is placed. Applicable taxes are calculated at checkout where required.

Online checkout is not yet active. When it launches, payments will be processed by an external payment provider named at checkout, and we will not store full card details.

Once digital checkout is implemented, you will receive an order confirmation and access to your digital files after successful payment. Delivery is typically by download link or customer account access. If you do not receive access, contact us through the contact page and we will help.

Unless a product states otherwise, a standard purchase grants a non-exclusive, non-transferable personal license to:

• Download and keep the digital files for your household.
• Print copies for your own children or personal use.

A personal purchase does not authorize school-wide distribution, resale, file sharing or posting the files publicly online.

All Sam & Max characters, stories, illustrations, designs and materials are owned by or validly licensed to the seller and protected by intellectual property laws. You may not copy, redistribute, modify for distribution or create derivative commercial products without written permission. We do not claim ownership of third-party trademarks or materials.

Classroom and school licenses are planned offerings with their own defined scope, permitted users, duration, sharing rules and renewal conditions. Those specific terms will be presented and agreed before any institutional purchase. Until then, no classroom or school-wide usage rights are granted by a personal purchase.

• Reselling, redistributing or publicly sharing purchased files.
• Misrepresenting the origin of our materials.
• Using the website unlawfully or to harm others.
• Attempting to bypass security, payment or access controls.
• Scraping or automated bulk downloading of content.

We may improve, update or discontinue digital products over time. Updates included with a purchase, if any, are described on the product page; we do not promise indefinite updates unless explicitly stated.

Some website functions rely on third-party services (for example, hosting and, once active, payment processing). Your use of those services may be subject to their own terms, and we are not responsible for third-party outages or changes.

Our resources support financial literacy learning but are not a substitute for professional advice tailored to your circumstances. Decisions about money remain your own responsibility. Suggested age ranges are guidance, not a guarantee of suitability for every child.

We work to keep the website available and accurate, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted access or error-free content. We may suspend the website for maintenance or security reasons.

Nothing in these terms excludes or limits liability that cannot legally be excluded, and nothing reduces your mandatory statutory consumer rights. To the extent permitted by law, our liability for other losses is limited to the amount you paid for the relevant product.

We may suspend or terminate access where a user seriously or repeatedly breaches these terms, for example by redistributing purchased materials. Where reasonable, we will notify you first.

These terms are governed by the laws of Czech Republic.

Mandatory consumer protections in your own country or state are not affected. We encourage you to contact us first so we can try to resolve any dispute informally.

We may update these terms from time to time. The version in force at the time of your purchase applies to that order. Material changes will be posted on this page with an updated date.
